Gem Fitzrovia Hotel London

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the Great Portland Street underground station and convenient amenities like Sainsbury's and Nando's right across the road. The staff at the hotel were friendly and were great too make our stay enjoyable, even surprising my partner with a slice of cake for his birthday. We also appreciated the option to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room, although small, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, heating, and fresh towels and bedding.

Although there were some minor issues with the room, such as grime under the shower mat and a loose shower screen, they did not significantly affect our overall experience. while the room size was a bit disappointing, we understand that this is common in London hotels.

Perfect location, 4-minute walk to Great Portland Street station, close to Oxford Street and Soho. Also, 10-minute walk to Baker Street for hop-on-hop-off bus. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean, quiet, and has tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff is friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the West End, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. A short taxi ride will take you to iconic areas like Regent's Park and the lively shopping district. The hotel is also just a stone's throw away from a tube station, making it convenient to navigate the city. the bathroom was modern and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The walls of the hotel were thin, leading to a lack of privacy and disturbances from other guests.

The staff were really nice and friendly, always ready to help. The lounge bar was a great place to relax in the evening and the meal I ordered was tasty and reasonably priced.

The staff provided great service and readily accommodated our request for a not-noisy not-hot room. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. We appreciated the efforts and goodwill of the staff who were always available to help with any enquiry or request.

Superb location, walking distance to major attractions. Decent-sized room with comfortable bed and nice toiletries. Friendly staff, allowed early check-in and late check-out for free. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

The breakfast options were delicious, providing a great start to our day. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the Gt Portland St tube station and within easy walking distance of Chinatown.
